Dry, but fuller and redder in fruit than a pale Provence rosé. Made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, a little rose petal and citrus, then a slightly creamy texture and a clean fruity finish.
Made for eating outside. Mediterranean salads, grilled fish, a seafood risotto.
We chose it because it takes ease seriously. Fresh, exact, with enough about it to stay interesting past the first glass.
